Sysco is seeking a visionary and highly skilled Senior Manager, Creative Strategy & Integrated Design to lead the evolution of Sysco Brand training into world-class, story-driven, multi-platform experiences.
Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Proficient in 3D Modeling & Animation (Rhino 3D, Maya, Key shot, SolidWorks)
- Proficient in leveraging UI/UX design strategies and tools to develop wireframes, blueprints, site flows, customer journey maps, and user surveys using platforms such as Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch
- Strong visual storytelling ability, especially in translating technical or product-focused information into compelling visual narratives
- Experience producing training or instructional content for B2B or foodservice industries preferred
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), with a data-informed creative approach
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of high-impact, story-driven video content and microlearning modules that educate internal teams and customers on Sysco Brand value and differentiation.
- Develop and produce complementary training collateral, including quick-reference guides, sales enablement tools, infographics, and digital handouts that reinforce video content.
- Direct and execute the full video production process: scripting, storyboarding, filming, and editing. Ensuring alignment with brand standards and training objectives.
- Oversee multidisciplinary design execution across print, digital, UX/UI, packaging, motion graphics, and product concept design to ensure consistency and brand impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Merchandising, Culinary, Sales Enablement, Marketing, etc.) to align training content with business goals and user needs.
- Leverage learner feedback and performance metrics to optimize and iterate on training content, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance.
- Stay informed on industry trends in digital learning, storytelling, and design innovation to keep content fresh, effective, and competitive.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Instructional Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of experience creating multi-disciplinary designs and digital content with a strong portfolio showcasing both video and collateral work
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Calculate budgets and adjust when necessary
