Visa is looking to expand its North American Visa Direct business through cross-border product strategy and commercialization, driving value for clients and supporting growth agenda.

Requirements

  • Cross-border payments experience and a deep understanding of cross-border payment networks, treasury management and FX is a must-have
  • Experience within a product management, strategy & operations and/or strategy/management consulting is highly regarded
  • Financial services, banking industry, fintech, or money transmitter experience a plus
  • Understanding of APIs and their functionality preferred
  • Basic understanding of technical schemes required. Knowledge or expertise strongly preferred
  • Expert level PowerPoint and advanced level Excel skills
  • Capacity to summarize findings from data, curiosity to deep dive on root cause of trends, and ensure highest level of quality/rigor in market analysis

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep expertise in the Visa Direct Technology Stack, Visa’s Digital Assets, Capabilities, and our Processing and Acquiring partner ecosystem.
  • Commercialize Innovations: Drive the commercialization of new product capabilities to enhance Visa’s cross-border money movement offerings.
  • Craft and execute dynamic GTM strategies that encompass opportunity sizing, market and competitive analysis, value propositions, and segment growth recommendations.
  • Collaborate with user experience and design teams to deliver research-backed recommendations that support new service launches and customer adoption.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Visa Money Movement products and services, constantly reviewing the market landscape to recommend and implement innovative growth approaches.
  • Create segment-specific, best-in-class sales enablement assets and tools, providing training to scale and ramp up business development and account teams on key product propositions.
  • Share strategies and best practices to empower business development and account managers to effectively engage clients.

Other

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Proactive self-starter who takes ownership of their own learning and success
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written, and excellent storytelling ability
  • Critical thinker, strong organization skills, highly engaged and detail oriented
  • Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time
