ZoomInfo is looking to build AI-powered solutions that drive their sales and marketing products, and needs a Senior Manager of Data Science to lead this effort.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in recommendation systems, NLP, and knowledge graphs
- Strong coding skills and hands-on technical leadership experience
- Track record of deploying complex ML and GenAI systems in production
- Experience with Natural Language Processing and Gen AI (Language understanding, topic and sentiment modeling, semantic search)
- Experience with Knowledge graphs
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Lead R&D efforts in data science and AI, focusing on recommendation systems, search, and information retrieval capabilities
- Guide the team in building and deploying production-ready models and data pipelines
- Oversee the integration of unstructured data into various ML models
- Drive best practices for scalable AI/ML solutions
- Present data science capabilities both internally and externally, including publishing papers
- Mentor and develop data science talent while growing the team
- Work closely with product owners and engineering leads across multiple pods
Other
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
- 5+ years industry experience in data science after degree completion
- 3+ years managing data science teams in product-focused environments
- Work with unique, heterogeneous datasets
