Requirements
- Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and relational databases
- Knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling techniques including regression, decision trees, classification, causal inference, and clustering algorithms
- Exposure to production machine learning systems development, package creation, code repository management, and software development best practices
- Experience with cloud tech for data and analytics solutions (Azure, AWS)
Responsibilities
- Translate business questions into data problems and define solutions roadmap; build analytics solutions independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and promote analytics products and insights; establish KPIs and drive data-driven decision-making across business teams.
- Collaborate and establish expertise in advanced analytics; drive understanding of strategic pricing initiatives across departments.
Other
- BA/BS w/ concentration in business or quantitative discipline - Stats, Math, Comp Sci, Engineering, Econ, or similar; Masters preferred
- Minimum 7 years’ experience within the field of data science or discipline
- Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing a team
