Kohl's is looking to drive and lead creative digital content in partnership with digital merchandising, brand creative, technical teams, and strategy to ensure excellence, consistency, and quality of design throughout the process.
Requirements
- Some knowledge in modern web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, and of native iOS/Android apps
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools within Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite
Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Creative strategy by partnering and collaborating with the Content Digital Design team to ensure day-to-day creative delivers on campaign direction with clarity and impact
- Collaborate with Kohls.com business, brand creative, product design and technical teams to lead digital wire frames, design and build of promotional digital customer experiences
- Serve as the main point of contact for external resources to ensure campaigns work correctly within the Kohls.com architecture and software
- Partner with external e-mail vendor to develop new e-mail marketing techniques to drive improved click-through rates and overall sales for both stores and Kohls.com
- Utilize deep knowledge of creative development processes to continue to be at the forefront of innovative design trends and technologies
- Ability to use a personal computer for tasks such as communicating, preparing reports, etc.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and monitor activities across business units
Other
- 8+ years of experience in digital creative leadership or related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Ability to maintain prompt and regular attendance as set by the company
- Ability to work at least 8 hours per day, occasionally longer when necessary to meet business needs, 5 days per week
- Ability to give direction and receive, understand and proactively respond to direction from leadership and other company personnel
