Arm is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Learning to lead the evolution of its digital learning ecosystem, using technology and data to empower employees and support business strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on digital learning and technologies (e.g., LXPs, LMSs).
- Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-level learning platforms, including vendor relationships and budget oversight.
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence to enhance digital learning personalization, search, or delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, governance, and optimization of Arm’s internal Learning Experience Platform (LXP), ensuring an engaging, intuitive user experience.
- Act as the primary liaison with platform vendors, internal customers, and IT to maintain, evolve, and align the LXP with business needs.
- Lead a critical initiative to transition learning content from the current LXP to the learning module of Arm’s core HRIS, enabling an AI-powered, seamless learning journey.
- Curate and manage digital learning content collections that support development in key strategic areas.
- Work closely with the broader L&D team to design and deliver a blended learning ecosystem that reflects Arm’s business objectives and values.
- Manage Arm’s digital learning vendor portfolio — consolidating offerings where appropriate and identifying new opportunities to enhance impact.
