Johnson & Johnson is seeking to improve its Automated Customer Order Experience (CX) capabilities and touchless services through technology innovation and strategic direction.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology, with a proven history in EDI and supply chain technologies.
5 years in Customer Experience, Customer Order Management, and Supply Chain automation.
5 years’ Experience with EDI standards, APIs, Web Methods, MuleSoft and related integration technologies.
Firsthand experience with EDI platform management, technical architecture design, and implementation. (minimum of 3 years).
Certification in EDI platforms such as IBM Sterling Commerce, SAP BTP, or equivalent, is highly desirable.
Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Agentic Frameworks, with the ability to incorporate innovative automation practices in the CX area highly desirable.
Strong ability to deliver complex solutions utilizing Agile and other modern delivery methodologies.
Responsibilities
Drive the adoption of industry-leading strategies, architecture, and rapid prototyping methodologies, promote a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
Define and communicate the strategic roadmap for CX capabilities, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and enterprise-wide digital transformation strategies.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to define and communicate the vision for EDI, EAI, API, and other integration capabilities, establishing a comprehensive product roadmap to guide development, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
Develop and execute roadmap items, according to SDLC/delivery methodologies, operational procedures, governance frameworks, pricing models, & product quality standards.
Lead efforts to drive integration strategies with Johnson & Johnson’s customers, Value-Added Networks (VANs), and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of order management solutions.
Utilize a unique blend of leadership skills, technical expertise, and business insights to translate complex requirements into innovative, actionable solutions that deliver measurable value and strategic advantage.
Oversee the end-to-end management of global EDI, EAI, API, Agentic AI, and other Automated Order Automation solutions, supporting the needs of the Innovative Medicine and Medical Technology divisions.
Other
Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, mathematics, or related field is required.
Master’s degree preferred.
3 Years of demonstrated leadership in managing large, complex technical teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively to diverse business audiences.
Proven leadership in building and motivating high-performing teams committed to delivering measurable value.
