Requirements
- Building and delivering analytical frameworks to evaluate contract performance, rebate utilization, chargeback trends, and the financial impact of contracting strategies across channels and customer segments.
- Developing gross-to-net forecasting tools, scenario analyses, and simulation models to quantify the impact of pricing and contracting decisions on net revenue.
- Designing methodologies to monitor payer coverage, formulary positioning, utilization management practices, and market share shifts within the U.S. healthcare landscape.
- Expertise in advanced analytics using healthcare-focused data sets used by pricing and market access specifically contracting teams in the pharma and biotech industry, including customer enrollment and lives data, payer quality of access, provider-level prescribing, and prescription claims data sets, health economics data, real-world data both client specific data sets and third party syndicated data sets such as Komodo, Purple Lab, IQVIA, Symphony, DRG and MMIT are nice to have.
- Proficient in data transformation and data analysis tools like Python (preferred), R, Stata.
- Advanced proficiency in data design concepts with ability to translate data to insights to guide data scientist and data engineers on business rule translation to transform data to strategic insights.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel for analytics and strategic insight visualizations for decision support.

- Proactively participate in the development of Simon-Kucher's analytics offerings by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing new capabilities, thought leadership, and tools to advance clients' business goals.

- Experience crafting compelling stories and executive-ready dashboard and materials that transform complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
