Requirements
- Strong technical background in engineering, with expertise in cardiovascular product platforms
- 10+ years of experience in engineering, with a strong focus on design, product development, lifecycle management, and sustaining engineering.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, quality management systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to driving excellence in all aspects of engineering projects.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to innovation and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Support and implement innovation strategies that align with organizational goals and drive business growth.
- Lead and manage product lifecycle initiatives across existing products (with focus on CP, 5.5 and RP pump systems) providing direction and mentorship to drive high performance.
- Foster a culture of driving innovation while building confidence in the scale of high quality products.
- Lead initiatives that provide enhancements of existing products, or drive operational efficiency.
- Lead initiatives supporting product life cycle and WW commercialization.
- Shape and implement strategies for product design for manufacturing (DFM).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and specifications.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in leadership roles, with a track record of managing high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to execute the product vision.
- Ability to influence and build partnerships across multiple functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
