Sprouts Farmers Market is looking to invest and grow its Marketing Technology stack to methodically grow personalization capabilities in support of robust marketing goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years working with or supporting marketing technology (ESPs, CDPS) preferably in a high-growth environment
- 3+ years of experience with system integrations, data mappings, configurations, implementations, data migration and administration
- Working level knowledge of SQL
- Experience within Databricks Environment a plus
- Recent expertise with implementing a customer data platform (CDP)
- Understanding of data architecture, data models and data flows
- Knowledge of paid media integrations
Responsibilities
- owning, managing, and executing the backlog of work required to realize roadmap commitments
- providing deep expertise around the configuration, deployment, and optimization of MarTech products
- ensuring the technical administration of MarTech tools, including access management, monitoring/alerting and day-to-day technical support
- growing a team of skilled product owner and technical analyst professionals as subject matter experts on MarTech tools and capabilities
- leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- managing multiple technical projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders
- presenting ideas, making recommendations, and advising leaders and their teams on communications and marketing strategy

- Strong interpersonal and vendor management skills
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders
- Executive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, and advise leaders and their teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of managerial experience leading cross-functional teams and projects
