The U.S. Commercial Oncology organization at AbbVie is seeking to integrate marketing and sales information to provide analytic leadership and drive decision-making through data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in developing AI/ML models, particularly in deep learning, reinforcement learning or NLP.
  • Strong programing skills in Python, R, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
  • Experience with generative AI initiatives
  • Ability to analyze and interpret performance data to identify key trends, opportunities and areas of improvement
  • Experience with data collection, analysis and reporting
  • Ability to design and implement innovative solutions
  • Experience with quantitative analysis of sales and marketing information

Responsibilities

  • Lead National Performance Reporting for franchise V in collaboration with cross-functional partners and syndicated data vendors.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality of reporting through triangulation across multiple sources.
  • Strengthen the brand team understanding of marketplace performance and opportunities through tracking and analysis of physician, account, patient, and competitive data at a national and sub-national level
  • Partner with brand and sales leadership to align national performance reporting to key priorities and marketing and sales force execution
  • Lead innovation and quarterback across all Generative AI initiatives within MABI Oncology.
  • Design and deploy scalable AI models that can be integrated into production systems, ensuring high performance, security and reliability.
  • Work closely with brand analytics teams to design and deploy AI models that address business challenges.

Other

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics or similar and a concentration in marketing/sales/quantitative analysis preferred.
  • 7+ years of professional experience and relevant experience in quantitative analysis of sales and marketing information
  • Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to work closely and effectively with all corporate functions and senior management
  • Must exhibit proficiency commensurate with grade in the following competencies: anticipate future needs, build collaborative partnerships, demystify complex information, communicate insights and solutions and coach for greater team effectiveness
  • This role requires operation within our hybrid model (3 days in office)
