Qualcomm Incorporated is seeking a Senior Manager to lead their Insights & Surveys team within the People Analytics function. This role aims to surface actionable workforce insights through cross-functional and survey analysis to influence strategy and elevate the employee experience.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in statistical methods, employee listening strategy, analytics and data storytelling
  • Lead and manage people analytics projects from inception to completion
  • Proficiency in technical areas such as R, Python, SQL with a strong ability to source and work with data
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, Eightfold

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for analytics, insight generation, and employee survey design.
  • Design and oversee research methodologies that ensure validity, reliability and relevance of employee insights.
  • Transform complex data into meaningful, actionable insights that inform leadership decisions
  • Partner with the broader People Analytics team to integrate new data to our Analytics Platform
  • Champion data privacy and ethical practices to ensure confidentiality and trust
  • Continuously refine tools, dashboards and reporting mechanisms to enhance the accessibility and impact of insights
  • Stay current on emerging practices in workforce listening, organizational behavior, and people analytics

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational psychology, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, HR Analytics or related field or relevant experience in a People Analytics management role
  • Prior experience in management consulting is a plus
  • Advanced degree in any of the disciplines mentioned above is a plus
  • 4-5 years managing analytics teams
  • Clear and persuasive communicator, comfortable engaging with senior executives and non-technical audiences
