QVC Group, Inc. is looking to advance its cloud journey by improving and expanding the use of cloud technologies, ensuring governance frameworks and best practices are applied, and overseeing Cloud Finance Operations (FinOps) to manage a multi-million dollar annual cloud budget for financial accountability and value maximization.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
- Cloud FinOps proficiency; competence in IT budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Experience managing project and cloud licensing costs, ensuring compliance and optimization of database resources
- Experience collaborating with IT leaders and teams to align cloud solutions with broader IT strategies, such as application development, operations, and cybersecurity
Responsibilities
- Guide important cloud technologies for QVC's future.
- Define best practices and deliver optimizations to support efficient application development on Microsoft Azure.
- Collaborate with IT departments to create secure and reliable cloud solutions.
- Establish and uphold organization-wide cloud policies, and implement disciplined FinOps(Finance Cloud Operations) practices to manage costs, monitor spending, and provide transparent financial reporting to IT leadership
- Guide the secure deployment of latest cloud technologies, ensuring that every initiative is scalable and resilient, while preparing us for QVC's next wave of cloud innovation
- Develop long-term strategies and portfolios for Azure cloud, including oversight of installations, upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization following our goal
- Resource planning and allocation to fulfill operational and project requirements; development of work plans and task assignments

- Minimum of 7 years of managerial experience in a medium-to-large IT environment
- Hybrid position based in West Chester, PA.
- Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
