Requirements
- A strong strategic approach with 5+ years prior experience in Data Management and Data Governance
- Prior experience (5+ years) focused on learning and development and / or training strategy and planning
- Experience gained at large US and / or global financial institutions
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with policy and standard owners and their teams across the enterprise to identify data-related requirements that require updates to policies, standards, and other supporting documentation
- Identifying changes within other policies and standards that have an impact on Data Risk and data-related policies
- Draft and maintain materials related to cross-risk operationalization and control requirements
- Drafting, maintaining and delivering training materials related to Data Risk, Data Management, and Data Governance policies and standards, for a variety of audiences with different roles and skill sets
- Collaborating with the Enterprise Data Office Program Management team to ensure training materials fit within the broader curriculum and are tailored to the appropriate audiences and using different training modalities
- Support key training metrics and evaluation processes to measure effectiveness and track adoption and develop and refine training materials as needed

- Detail oriented with a high degree of personal accountability; strong self-starter with an ability to autonomously multi-task and meet competing deadlines
- Proven ability to influence and motivate stakeholders within and outside of your direct authority to achieve aggressive goals
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex concepts in a manner consumable by a broad stakeholder base, including a senior executive audience
- Comfortable operating in an environment with ambiguity, using structure, influence, and prioritization to keep the work and team on track
