Requirements
- Product development experience in agile delivery environment, experience in web & mobile a strong plus
- Series 7, 63 preferred or ability to acquire.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Lead to define and refine product requirements for web &/or mobile experiences
- Translate product data & customer feedback into actionable product features and prioritized backlog
- Work with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality experiences to serve our wide range of self-directed customer segments
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog and contribute to sprint planning, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Engage with customers, developers, and partners to gather insights and validate product decisions.
- Conduct thorough product testing from robust suite of use cases and leveraging testing tools in partnership with engineering team members
- Engage with partner teams and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality, efficient delivery that meets business, product & technology requirements
Other
- 5+ years of proven experience in Financial Services
- Background in Brokerage / Self-Directed investing, including demonstrated familiarity with Equities/ETFs, Fixed Income, Options, Margin and trading strategies
- Customer obsessed with a desire to resolve the pain points that customers encounter on Fidelity’s platforms
- Outstanding listening, verbal, and written communication skills- ability to write clear, concise product documentation and communications with great attention to detail
- Highly motivated and proactive- always looking to find ways to add value and solve problems when they arise without waiting to take orders
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance short-, medium- and long-term tasks and priorities
- BA/BS required
