The Senior Manager of Product Marketing will own the product marketing strategy for Factor Form, Factor's new supplement brand, including defining customer segments, value propositions, and product positioning, and synthesizing data to uncover new opportunities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product marketing experience in ecommerce
- Experience in collaborating with online marketing channels such as paid social, display advertising, and search engine marketing
- Experience developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams across different offices
- You know your market, customers, and competition better than anyone, and you're strong at integrating this information into your go-to-market strategies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the product marketing strategy for the new venture, working on brand positioning, initial launch, and additional product launches
- Map out the user journey, gather user insights, and identify new customer needs to focus both the product and growth marketing roadmaps
- Serve as one of the main collaborators between the Growth Marketing, CRM, Brand, and Product teams
- Identify the target audience and develop product positioning for new product launches
- Operate in a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Product, CRM, Engineering, Design, Brand, Analytics, UX Research, and Growth Marketing to improve the user experience to drive incremental conversion volume, engagement, and retention.
- Develop and align online and offline marketing campaigns in collaboration with channel owners and the broader growth marketing team
- Create product marketing goals, and analyze campaign performance
