Walmart is seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive growth through awareness and attribution by enabling a B2B product marketing and Go to Market strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or go-to-market roles with proven success in launching B2B or platform-based products
  • Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong strategic and tactical balance, able to craft high-level marketing strategies and execute hands-on GTM plans across multiple channels, paid media, content marketing, sales enablement, etc
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to synthesize insights, measure effectiveness, and continuously optimize strategies
  • Experience using analytics and reporting platforms (Tableau, QuickSight, and Excel) to track performance and inform strategy

Responsibilities

  • Own Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product and feature launches, working closely with product, business, and program teams to implement plans
  • Drive Growth: Build marketing plans that fuel acquisition, conversion, and retention of Walmart Sellers
  • Use Data to Optimize Performance: Define KPIs and continuous experiments, leveraging data and analytics to refine messaging, targeting, campaigns, and more to drive marketing performance
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders across business, product, & engineering teams in co-development of marketing needs, supporting new feature capabilities and product launches
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with our Account Manager and Business Development teams to understand and develop sales collateral, testimonial and other materials needed for our account executives to successfully enable product value proposition and adoption

Other

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Masters: Business Administration
  • Integrity and accountability, with a bias for action, customer-first thinking, and a passion for delivering results
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to manage up and across business and cross-functional leadership
