Cole Haan is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Strategy to leverage data, insights, and cross-functional collaboration to create smart, actionable strategies and drive implementation and measure results, influencing the direction and success of the brand.

Requirements

  • Expertise in working with large datasets; advanced Excel required, other analytical tools a plus
  • Proven ability to turn data into actionable strategies and follow through on implementation and monitoring
  • Strong strategic and operational orientation - equally comfortable setting direction and getting into the details of execution

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief Product Officer to develop and implement product strategies, providing data-driven insights, decision support tools, and pressure testing of key assumptions
  • Lead recurring and ad hoc product analyses, including seasonal line plan targets, sales and margin performance, and go-to-market milestones to enable faster, better decisions
  • Build models in Excel and other tools to test strategic initiatives, identify risks/opportunities, and support scenario planning
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, executive-ready insights that enhance visibility into product performance, bookings, and net revenue metrics
  • Create and communicate comprehensive pre-season strategies that align bottom-up product targets with long-term financial and brand goals
  • Go beyond analysis and partner with product, channel, and finance teams to execute initiatives, monitor progress, and adjust strategies based on real-time results
  • Support Board of Directors and investor-facing conversations with compelling product insights and strategic narratives

Other

  • 6+ years of professional experience, ideally blending exposure to consulting, finance, or strategy roles with In-house experience at a consumer, product-centric, or retail brand, supporting product or commercial strategy
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into clear, persuasive insights for executives and cross-functional partners
  • Self-starter with a curious, innovative mindset and a passion for connecting data, strategy, and consumer insights into meaningful outcomes
  • Thrives in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments where adaptability and continuous improvement are essential
  • This position is not available to be performed in Colorado.
