Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives for the digital product organization, including process design, analysis, documentation, and optimization.
- Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks to support digital product strategy and execution.
- Design and modify new processes to support product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
- Conduct process analysis using data-driven methodologies to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Standardize processes and workflows across product teams, ensuring consistency and compliance with organizational standards.
- Define, monitor, and report on process performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on process design, business architecture, and product management best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in process improvement, business architecture, and product management within a digital product organization.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable processes for product management and development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
