Requirements
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, lifecycles, and organizational implementation strategies.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) and reporting dashboards.
- Technical background in computer science, data science, or engineering.
- Experience working with generative AI, LLMs, or responsible AI practices.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government) a plus.
- Experience with AI technologies and platforms
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact AI programs, ensuring on time project delivery.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define program goals, success metrics, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain program roadmaps, status reports, and executive-level communications.
- Drive process improvements and scalable practices in AI project management.
- Manage and mentor a team of program managers and cross-functional leads.
- Identify and resolve blockers that impact AI project execution and team productivity.
- Serve as a thought partner and strategic advisor to leadership on AI investment and execution strategies.
Other
- 8+ years of experience in program or product management, including 3+ years leading AI or machine learning programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in agile, matrixed, and global team environments.
