Entegris is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead the Quality organizations in the Colorado sites to ensure products, processes, and systems consistently meet the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Quality Management, or a related technical field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in quality management within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Expertise implementing Six Sigma, Statistical Process Controls, FMEA, process audits and other proactive quality management practices
- Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality systems.
- Proficient in QMS platforms, statistical analysis tools, and digital quality systems.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), ISO/IATF Lead Auditor certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Translate the company’s Vision for Quality into actionable strategies across all levels of the site’s quality organization.
- Drive a culture of quality excellence, customer-centricity, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and Operations to ensure quality is integrated into design, manufacturing, and testing processes.
- Lead product Quality Engineering functions across multiple facilities.
- Oversee defect reduction initiatives, yield improvement programs, and process control systems (SPC, FMEA, DOE).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, JEDEC, and customer-specific requirements.
- Develop and maintain quality dashboards and KPIs for executive reporting.
