Requirements
- A strong strategic approach with 5+ years prior experience in Data Management and Data Governance.
- Prior experience (5+ years) analyzing and implementing policies and standards, including technology policies and standards.
- Experience gained at large US and / or global financial institutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with policy and standard owners and their teams across the enterprise to identify data-related requirements that require updates to policies, standards, and other supporting documentation.
- Identifying changes within other policies and standards that have an impact on Data Risk and data-related policies.
- Draft and maintain materials related to cross-risk operationalization and control requirements.
- Collaborating across the Enterprise Data Office teams to ensure policy and standards requirements across risks are holistic and consistent.

- Detail oriented with a high degree of personal accountability; strong self-starter with an ability to autonomously multi-task and meet competing deadlines.
- Proven ability to influence and motivate stakeholders within and outside of your direct authority to achieve aggressive goals.
- Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex concepts in a manner consumable by a broad stakeholder base, including a senior executive audience.
