Requirements
- Implementing CI/CD pipelines creations, automation, deployment, and managing infrastructure
- Site Reliability Engineering – System Reliability, scalability, and performance tuning
- Capacity Management – Analyzing system metrics, scaling strategies, and cost optimization
- Server Administration – troubleshooting server issues and maintaining high availability and automating frequent issues using PowerShell Scripting
- Release Management – Planning, coordinating, and executing release across complex environments
- Cloud Technologies – Designing and managing cloud solutions in Terraform
- Root cause analysis and Problem Management - identifying, analyzing and resolving production issues
Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting/debugging, issue triaging, and perform defect fixes, and enhancements of the application
- Support Production Readiness processes to ensure the team is ready to support features deployed to production
- Coordinate application maintenance activities, such as OS upgrade, Disaster Recovery exercise, etc
- Serve on a 24x7 production support team on rotation
- Analyze and resolve application issues in production
- Actively participating in mentoring junior team members
- Work with Team Lead (Sr. Staff level) to design and implement process improvement in our Production Services and Operations
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 84 months of progressive, post-bachelor's related experience
