NexHealth needs a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale engineering teams responsible for building customer-facing applications and developer infrastructure, ensuring the architecture supports the company's growth and innovation goals.

Requirements

  • Experience leading engineering teams, including managing managers or larger orgs.
  • Experience coaching engineers and managers.
  • Experience delivering complex customer-facing software at scale.
  • Strong judgment on balancing product velocity with long-term technical quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and drive technical and organizational roadmaps.
  • Experience with system architecture

Responsibilities

  • Drive the long-term vision and technical strategy for critical areas of NexHealth’s platform.
  • Own the delivery of complex initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring clear alignment between product goals and technical execution.
  • Guide system architecture, scalability, and maintainability across product domains.
  • Champion best practices in code quality, testing, reliability, and security.
  • Shape organizational structures, career paths, and team processes to promote high performance and strong engineering culture.
  • Define and drive technical and organizational roadmaps.
  • Delivering complex customer-facing software at scale.

  • Partner with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
