NexHealth needs a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale engineering teams responsible for building customer-facing applications and developer infrastructure, ensuring the architecture supports the company's growth and innovation goals.
Requirements
- Experience leading engineering teams, including managing managers or larger orgs.
- Experience coaching engineers and managers.
- Experience delivering complex customer-facing software at scale.
- Strong judgment on balancing product velocity with long-term technical quality.
- Demonstrated ability to define and drive technical and organizational roadmaps.

Responsibilities
- Drive the long-term vision and technical strategy for critical areas of NexHealth’s platform.
- Own the delivery of complex initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring clear alignment between product goals and technical execution.
- Guide system architecture, scalability, and maintainability across product domains.
- Champion best practices in code quality, testing, reliability, and security.
- Shape organizational structures, career paths, and team processes to promote high performance and strong engineering culture.
- Define and drive technical and organizational roadmaps.
- Delivering complex customer-facing software at scale.
