OneTrust is seeking a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead their AI Governance team, aiming to guide strategic projects, technical excellence, and operational efficiency for one of their fastest-growing products, ensuring the successful execution of their roadmap and maintaining their position at the forefront of AI technology.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in AI and software development.
- Experience working with cloud data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, etc.
- Full life-cycle experience using ML/AI Ops systems like AWS Sagemaker or Google Vertex.
- Experience building and scaling large cloud native distributed systems.
- Exposure to AI governance or Privacy domain.

- Offer technical mentorship and guidance to the engineering team, fostering skill development and overcoming technical challenges.
- Ensure that our core services and AI platform integrations are scalable and reliable, maintaining operational excellence.
