Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, governance, and continuous improvement for key developer tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Appfire Flow) to streamline the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle.
- Define and track metrics for developer productivity, satisfaction, and flow efficiency using frameworks like DORA, SPACE, and Accelerate.
- Champion automation, standardization, and simplification across engineering practices and environments.
- Drive initiatives to remove friction from the developer journey—from onboarding to daily workflows.
- Partner with teams to embed AI into developer workflows and software delivery, leveraging tools for code generation, documentation, and testing.
- Pilot new AI capabilities and assess their impact on developer efficiency and quality.
- Manage and mentor the SRE team to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance.
