Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Track record in driving delivery of complex technical IAM security programs across large organizations
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or infrastructure engineering — including 5+ years in technical leadership or senior management roles
- Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale IAM programs across complex, global environments.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM frameworks; infrastructure, IAM applications, security risks and their mitigations
- Knowledge and experience with IAM design and modeling including risk assessment both at the application and organizational level.
- Experience in agile delivery frameworks/methodology and in many facets of technical security and computing (mobile, servers, clients, web, cloud, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Be a leader in ServiceNow's IAM program! Define, develop, and lead a world-class program team intended to align security controls based on business drivers, and risk.
- Drive security-related operational architecture and infrastructure changes to achieve the targeted security IAM standards.
- Report on ServiceNow IAM posture against established security metrics, and continually improve measured metrics.
- Foster collaboration and delivery of dependencies for the next gen IAM program's operation.
- Lead key project-based technical initiatives that improve overall ServiceNow IAM security posture.
- Serve as a thought leader and technical advisor to stakeholders on identity-related risks, trends, and best practices.
- Provide status and knowledge sharing to all partners – while incorporating feedback on vision and delivery.
