The Member Experience Engineering team is responsible for building the web and mobile experiences that members use to access care, focusing on innovation, rapid iteration, and friction reduction. The Senior Engineering Manager will lead a team focused on Specialty Care experiences, which addresses complex challenges like substance use, severe depression, trauma, and eating disorders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full stack engineering experience, ideally with technologies like React and Ruby on Rails.
- Strong technical judgment, with the ability to balance velocity, quality, and long-term maintainability.
- Track record of data fluency and objective measures of impact
Responsibilities
- Owning development and delivery of Specialty Care improvements
- Applying your feature development experience to implement best practices
- Managing a thriving team of engineers spanning both onshore and offshore
- Contributing to the Member Experience engineering leadership team and product strategy
