Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of managing and scaling software engineering teams, with proven success in meeting ambitious delivery deadlines.
- An expert understanding of how to deliver value quickly in a fast paced startup environment.
- You have the technical 'chops' to command the respect of senior engineers.
- Experience in the healthcare technology sector (e.g., EHR integrations, FHIR, HIPAA compliance)
- A hands-on background with the ability to contribute to proof-of-concept work when necessary
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and grow a high-performing team of front-end, back-end, and full-stack engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Own the end-to-end technical roadmap and delivery for our enterprise platform.
- Take ownership of the engineering project management lifecycle for your team.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration.
- Actively participate in brainstorming and strategic planning with partner teams.
- Take ownership of key engineering processes at Nuna, driving a culture of excellence, best practices, and technical rigor across the entire organization.
