- Experience with Jama, DOORS, or other requirements management systems.
- In-depth knowledge of coding standards, testing frameworks, and quality tools
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices including threat modeling and penetration testing
- Proficiency in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and advanced problem-solving techniques

- Drive shift‑left practices and partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Manufacturing to embed quality, safety, and security early in the lifecycle (requirements, design, verification) to gain alignment and support for quality initiatives
- Own quality KPIs (defect escape rate, anomaly backlog, MTTR, release quality, technical debt metrics) and drive continuous improvement toward targets.
- Establish and scale repeatable release governance, release categorization (patch, hotfix, minor/major), and triage processes to reduce risk and improve deployment predictability.
- Implement and operationalize tooling, dashboards, and data pipelines (e.g., Power BI, Jira, test automation frameworks) to provide real‑time visibility and predictive signals for quality issues.
- Represent Product Quality in executive forums and communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
