Fidelity is looking to solve the problem of delivering scalable and high performing solutions by hiring a Chapter Leader - Senior Manager, Full Stack Engineering to lead a portfolio of applications and engineering associates assigned to the OSG team.
Requirements
- Engineering background with a consistent record of delivering to cloud at scale.
- Experience with modern agile engineering approaches, CI/CD practices and focus on operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with Product and Engineering leaders to ensure alignment with the strategic business priorities and to provide increased value for our customers.
- Plan and lead strategic technology initiatives.
- Support and empower engineers to enable delivery of increased value.
- Enable an agile and frictionless organization by demonstrating agile behaviors.
- Promote a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
- Measure performance through established objectives and metrics and deliver agreed upon business, technology, and people results.
- Align chapter members across squads to ensure the best utilization of talent while also building learning opportunities to develop skills.
