The Senior Manager, Digital Product Ops will lead the training and change management efforts for the ongoing Lumi program to onboard enterprise data and users to the Google cloud.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training roadmap tailored to program objectives, timeline, and scope
- Conduct needs assessment to identify training needs across affected teams, user groups, and business processes
- Partner with product and engineering teams, business units, and support teams to design, develop, and support the training program
- Simplify the user experience to identify required training based on user persona/needs
- Mentor training instructors and track delivery of instructor-led training across businesses
- Coordinate with “train the trainers” or change agents within impacted business units and create new change agents to accelerate training delivery and platform adoption
- Develop short and interactive learning videos for various product capabilities
Other
- 8+ years of experience in instructional design, enterprise transformation. Leading training and change management for large-scale technology programs
- Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the Scaled Agile Framework, an Agile mindset, and an ability to embrace new opportunities, ambiguity, and change.
