Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Translational Informatics Technology Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of next-generation knowledge platforms that power discovery and research in Oncology, Immunology, and Neuroscience. This role aims to translate complex scientific needs into scalable, innovative technology solutions that accelerate therapeutic research by improving the understanding of biological insights to disease phenotype.
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong technology product management skills
- Demonstrated growing understanding of current technology landscape, as it applies to pharmaceutical research
- Experience with pharmaceutical software development lifecycle
- Demonstrated accountability for IT project roles: project requirements, specifications, portfolio management, project or service delivery – with strong project management experience
- Demonstrated capability for business analysis, user requirements development, managing RFP activities and vendor management.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technology product vision and roadmap for translational informatics platforms.
- Partner with scientists, data scientists, and research leaders to enable insights into disease biology and phenotype.
- Lead the development of capabilities in knowledge management, Gen AI, agentic AI, and advanced analytics.
- Own the full product lifecycle—from ideation to delivery—while managing a high-performing, cross-functional team.
- Collaborate across J&J Technology teams to ensure integration, scalability, and quality of IT solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, lead RFI/RFP processes, and pilot new tools to support scientific innovation.
- Manage project scope, requirements, and portfolio to align with strategic business goals.

- Expertise in translational science, research informatics (with experience in Oncology or Immunology preferred)
