Responsibilities
- Drive strategy, design, and delivery of intuitive, scalable, and performant UI/UX solutions across Teradata’s digital data products and platforms, integrating AI-driven features where applicable.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of UI/UX designers and full stack engineers to innovate and iterate on user experiences that empower enterprise users and data professionals.
- Implement AI-powered design enhancements and intelligent interaction models to elevate platform usability, responsiveness, and personalization.
- Establish design systems and engineering best practices emphasizing accessibility, scalability, and AI integration.
- Maintain expertise in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), backend technologies, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML application to UI/UX development.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and AI teams to define a visionary roadmap that merges user-centered design with AI capabilities.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI-enhanced user interfaces and intelligent automation features within enterprise platforms.

- 8+ years in UI/UX design and full stack engineering, including leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to blend user-centered design principles with AI-driven solutions that improve engagement and workflow efficiency.

- Experience with Agile, DevOps, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Deep familiarity with AI/ML technologies such as natural language processing, computer vision, or predictive analytics applied at the UI level.
