Salesforce is looking to solve the problem of improving its web and content strategy to drive customer success and revenue growth, particularly in the context of its global expansion initiative.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in developing integrated web or growth strategies.
  • Proven experience driving web strategy for global expansion, including localization and international market considerations.
  • Demonstrated strength in applying statistics, experimentation, and modeling to applied business problems.
  • Experienced in and an advocate for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and performance marketing, with a deep understanding of paid media channels.
  • Strong user research skills: planning, leading, and synthesis.
  • Experience generating strategy documentation including personas, user journeys, competitive analysis, content strategy, and information architecture.
  • Proficient in UserTesting, Google Analytics, Optimizely (or similar A/B testing tools), and Google Tag Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Develop User Insights: Effectively research, journey map, storyboard, and test user experiences.
  • Conduct A/B testing via Optimizely and similar tools to optimize the user experience across the website and key funnels.
  • Lead, synthesize, and present user research to stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to back up assumptions and devise comprehensive and integrated digital strategies.
  • Own, analyze and communicate results including key performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Own the optimization strategy for all web landing pages, with a specific focus on paid media campaigns, to increase conversion rates and return on ad spend.
  • Apply learnings to future campaigns or partner with the Experimentation team to improve results.
