Medtronic is seeking to drive the marketing strategy for specific surgical specialties, manage clinical claims, and promote clinical evidence to maximize the impact and market penetration of their robotic systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, market development or similar or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, market development or similar.
- Strong understanding of clinical research and evidence-based marketing practices.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with complex regulatory landscapes and diverse customer needs.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust marketing strategies for the use of robotic technology in designated surgical specialties.
- Craft targeted messages, identify key market segments, and deploy marketing tactics to enhance brand visibility and adoption among healthcare professionals.
- Oversee the development and substantiation of claims related to our robotic systems.
- Work closely with legal, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure claims are accurate, compliant, and effectively support marketing strategies.
- Lead initiatives to communicate and leverage clinical evidence that underscores the efficacy and safety of our robotic systems.
- Develop materials and campaigns to disseminate findings through various channels, including digital platforms, conferences, and direct engagements with key opinion leaders.
- Continuously gather and analyze market data, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
