Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL

- Experience with Alteryx or similar data automation tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology stacks and data flows.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot)
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of ad hoc and recurring reports to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and marketing ROI.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or equivalent tools.
- Conduct advanced SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Measure and evaluate marketing performance using functional and impact metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Deliver insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership using advanced PowerPoint presentations.
- Utilize Forrester’s B2B Revenue Waterfall™ to align marketing and sales efforts around customer value and maximize revenue potential.
- Optimize marketing workflows, campaign execution, and reporting processes.
Other
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a related role.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work in a flexible environment, choosing between working at home and the office
