Rue Gilt Groupe is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to unlock insights from their member base and guide multi-million-dollar marketing strategies to accelerate growth.
Requirements
experience in data analytics, with experience in SQL and AB testing
Proficient in business intelligence (BI) and data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Spotfire, or QlikView
Responsibilities
Enable Marketers to make better-informed decisions through elegant, accurate, and timely data visualizations and complex analyses
Become the subject-matter expert on internal marketing data, key performance metrics, and drivers of customer lifetime value (LTV), with a focus on paid media and ad-tech channels.
Build and maintain dashboards that track paid marketing programs, new customer performance and identify opportunities to optimize a multimillion-dollar marketing budget
Develop predictive models for customer LTV and related KPIs using statistical and machine learning techniques.
Conduct statistical analysis and test business hypotheses, to help institute a rigorous test-and-learn methodology to achieve desired results
Automate repeatable analysis processes and contribute to scalable analytics frameworks and tools.
Present insights from quantitative analysis and models to stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
