Intuit is seeking to solve the problem of improving customer experiences and driving measurable business impact across the QuickBooks ecosystem by leveraging personalization and AI-driven use cases.
Requirements
- Breadth of knowledge across all areas of CRM marketing channels (e.g., email marketing, push notifications, SMS, in product display ads) with depth and hands-on experience in at least one
- Fluency in model techniques, marketing use cases and proven ability to partner across product, engineering, analytics, and data science to deliver scalable personalization capabilities.
- Proficiency with Project Management software (GitHub, JIRA, Confluence), Google docs, Excel, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Amplitude, and other data analysis tools
- Experience with AI/ML applications (e.g., propensity models, recommendation systems, generative AI)
- Strong strategic thinking: able to identify customer needs, business opportunities, and market trends to shape impactful personalization strategies.
- Skilled in data analysis and experimentation: builds robust business cases, designs bold experiments, and rapidly iterates to drive confident decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and data science teams to define and implement new personalization and AI use cases that accelerate adoption, engagement, and ARPC.
- Collaborate with internal advanced analytics and AI stakeholders across the org to understand how to connect our current capabilities and where we have gaps
- Translate customer insights, behavioral data, and business needs into prioritized opportunities and technical requirements.
- Lead test-and-learn roadmaps that validate hypotheses, leveraging experimentation frameworks to optimize personalization strategies.
- Shape multi-channel strategies across email, push, SMS, web, and in-product communications to deliver relevant, timely, and impactful customer experiences.
- Ensure alignment between personalization roadmaps, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Build business cases/opportunities sizing and report out on performance of new capabilities

- 3-5+ years of experience in personalization, CRM, growth, or data-driven marketing
- Excellent communication and influence skills: crafts compelling, data-backed narratives that align stakeholders and secure buy-in.
- Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly, focusing on critical few key points.
