Requirements
- Experience in semiconductor processing
- Device physics
- Data analytics
- Strong technical project/program management experience, including budget ownership for programs, IRADs, or NRE projects
- Experience in infrared sensor development and manufacturing
- Experience with Design for Manufacturing processes in high mix precision electromechanical/semiconductor products in a regulated environment
Responsibilities
- Present to high-level customers and executives the progress of strategic programs, yield task forces, and root cause investigations
- Identify yield-limiting defect sources, define and execute a defect reduction roadmap
- Planning, leading, and executing RCCA efforts
- Leading teams through yield improvement and structured problem-solving in semiconductor manufacturing
Other
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a STEM degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Excellent communication skills at the senior executive level, with strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Ability to mentor cross-functional teams
- A proactive change agent with a strong sense of urgency
