- Designing mobile app architectures that balance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Establishing best practices for mobile engineering, automated testing, CI/CD, and app store release processes.
- Leading feature development and system design for mobile apps, ensuring robust performance and secure data handling.
- Championing the adoption of modern mobile engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD for mobile, and monitoring.
- Conducting detailed code reviews, mentoring engineers, and setting coding standards for React Native and native modules.

- Collaborating with stakeholders to shape the mobile technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory needs.
