Amentum is seeking a Modeling and Simulation Engineer (LVC) Senior to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract, to design, develop, and deploy advanced modeling and simulation environments

Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and deploys advanced modeling and simulation (M&S) environments to support integrated cyberspace, Electronic Warfare (EW), Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), voice biometrics, and emerging Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) training requirements
- Leads the implementation of Multi-INT M&S solutions across both classified and unclassified platforms, aligned to Tier III and IV pre-mobilization objectives
- Utilizes Unity, Unreal, and other Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) tools to deliver immersive training environments that replicate complex operational scenarios
- Coordinates with cross-functional training and technical teams to define system requirements and translate mission objectives into high-fidelity simulations
- Directs the integration of real-world data sources, synthetic actors, and adversary emulation to enhance training realism
- Develops reusable simulation assets, supports version control, and manages testing, validation, and technical documentation
- Provides subject matter expertise in simulation architecture, training system scalability, and emerging technology integration to support mission readiness
Other
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
- 10-15 Years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
- Cross-functional collaboration and real-time responsiveness to ARNG G-2 mission priorities
- Participating in relevant Centers and Working Groups aligned to their roles, technical domains, or management functions
