SilverTech is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to build high-performing web applications and serve as a trusted technical consultant for clients, translating complex requirements into clear solutions and guiding clients through technical decisions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional .NET development experience with a proven record of delivering production-ready applications.
  • Solid understanding of web security best practices in .NET.
  • Experience building production web applications using modern web development concepts.
  • Familiarity with frontend web development and frontend technologies.
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as Sitefinity, Kentico, Sitecore, Content Stack, Contentful, etc.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms, cloud infrastructure, dev-ops, or additional programming languages (PHP, Java, Python) is a plus.
  • Experience mentoring or leading other developers.

Responsibilities

  • Architect, design, implement, and deploy modern .NET web applications that drive measurable results for clients.
  • Leading all technology-related decisions for assigned projects.
  • Ensuring technical processes and best practices are followed consistently.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of all relevant technologies and how they apply to the project.
  • Identifying and managing technology-related scope creep and communicating risks proactively.
  • Conducting code reviews, managing the development backlog, and tracking developer progress.
  • Translate requested features into technical requirements and independently solve complex problems.

Other

  • Serve as a trusted technical consultant for our clients.
  • Directly interfacing with clients on technical discussions, providing consultative insights and guidance.
  • Partner closely with clients—listening, advising, and providing technical recommendations in a way that builds trust and strengthens relationships.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong client-facing skills: able to build rapport, consult with confidence, and communicate effectively across all levels of client organizations.
