ALIS is looking to solve problems, spark ideas, and build software that makes a real impact in senior housing communities by enhancing their Medical Records and Resident Experience tools, driving insights through their DOMO platform, and pushing forward new product initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ASP.NET programming experience with any of: ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET MVC Core, ASP.NET Core Blazor, Entity Framework 6, Entity Framework Core, Dapper
- 5+ years of experience working with a SaaS product
- Experience using Azure Portal and Azure Emulators, JetBrains Rider, LinqPad, Postman, Powershell, Sentry, SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio Code
- Experience using Atlassian Products ( Jira, Confluence) and Figma, Figjam
Responsibilities
- Be an active participant in the ideation process, collaborating with your team to brainstorm creative and practical solutions to complex problems.
- Build and develop the technical design of new features and systems, ensuring they are scalable, performant, and aligned with our long-term architectural vision.
- Take a leading role in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initial design to deployment.
- Set the precedent for our team's standards through your approach to writing, testing, and refining code.
- Participate in and lead code reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers and ensuring our codebase is high-quality, secure, and performant.

- Candidates with 5+ years of experience are eligible for in-office, hybrid, or fully remote schedules.
- At least 3 visits (per year) to the Chicago headquarters are required.
