Requirements
- Strong experience designing and building interactive Tableau dashboards and analytical applications.
- Experience developing operational and financial reports, including forecasts, pacing reports, variance analyses, and budget-to-actuals.
- Experience working in Enterprise Data Warehouse environments.
- Ability to write complex SQL queries across multiple platforms and data sources.
- Proven ability to analyze data, uncover trends, and generate insights that influence decision-making.
- Experience with AWS data connectors and cloud-based analytics environments.
- Strong sense of design—knowing which visuals are most effective for each use case.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Tableau dashboards that answer business questions, influence decisions, and solve operational challenges.
- Lead the transition to a fully modernized Tableau reporting environment.
- Support and mentor analysts as they grow their technical expertise in Tableau and SQL.
- Drive technical excellence and ensure best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve data issues and dependencies.
- Promote a culture of experimentation to find innovative ways to improve performance and insights.
- Oversee the full analytics development lifecycle—from requirements and design to deployment, QA, and long-term maintenance.
