The company is seeking a Senior Oracle APEX Developer to design and deploy secure, scalable, and high-performing applications, leading solution design, implementing security frameworks, and collaborating with stakeholders in an agile, client-facing environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of enterprise Oracle APEX development experience.
- Expert-level SQL and PL/SQL coding with emphasis on security and performance.
- Strong experience with Oracle Database (12c/19c+).
- Proficiency in advanced APEX components: Interactive Grids, REST-enabled SQL, dynamic actions, plug-ins, responsive design, and JavaScript integration.
- Strong expertise with RESTful web services, JSON, and secure data exchange.
- Proven track record integrating applications with SSO (Entra ID / Azure AD).
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitOps, and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle APEX applications using a security-first approach.
- Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL logic including procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
- Design and maintain core Oracle database structures (tables, views, indexes, materialized views, etc.).
- Drive performance tuning, SQL optimization, and application hardening.
- Integrate APEX solutions with external systems via REST APIs, JSON/XML, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Establish and enforce standards for reusable, modular, and maintainable code.
- Support GitHub/GitOps-driven workflows for secure deployment and enterprise automation.
