Jobber is looking to drive product partnerships to help small home service businesses be successful by transforming the way service is delivered through technology.

Requirements

  • Moderate knowledge of product development and technical acumen
  • Strong data-driven decision making approach, with an ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Experience with SaaS verticals
  • Experience with product partnerships with technology companies
  • Ability to work with APIs
  • Experience with data modeling and analytics
  • Experience with contract negotiations and management

Responsibilities

  • Draw upon deep understanding of complex market dynamics to identify, evaluate, negotiate, close and launch new technology partnership opportunities
  • Work collaboratively across product, marketing, engineering and support to plan, build, and launch quality, on-time technology partnerships
  • Develop compelling business value propositions that encourage partners to adopt and invest in advocating building and marketing integrations with Jobber
  • Structure appropriate partner models/contracts to achieve mutually beneficial business results and drive execution of related partnership agreements
  • Maintain a pipeline of partnership opportunities that drive both reach, product value and commercial opportunities for Jobber
  • Utilize reporting and analytics, partner portfolio health and data modeling to create business cases and action plans that identify and detail partner opportunities
  • Quickly build expertise in the Jobber product offering, including our strengths and weaknesses and available APIs

Other

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration/management or related field
  • Extensive experience in Partnerships business development or account management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with many teams and multi-task with a sense of urgency
  • Willing to regularly travel to conferences and partner on-sites
