The Government Corporate Management Services (CMS) is seeking support for the sustainment, modernization, and transformation of the enterprise corporate applications, which are critical to the daily functions of thousands of users across various departments.
Requirements
- Strong experience with PEGA platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting, along with familiarity with programming languages such as Java or JavaScript.
- PEGA Certification can substitute for One (1) year of experience.
- Twelve (12) years of experience in software development/engineering
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related discipline can substitute for Two (2) years of experience.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements, identify system improvements, and effectively troubleshoot issues to enhance application performance and user experience.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or JavaScript.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and deployment of systems, focusing on learning and working with PEGA and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements, helping shape system configurations and integrations.
- Learn how to configure and modernize PEGA services to ensure they align with business needs and provide optimal user experiences.
- Assist in testing solutions to validate functionality, performance, and compatibility, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, providing technical support to internal teams and end-users.
- Contribute to the upgrade process, including bug fixes and code enhancements, to improve overall system functionality.
- Participate in unit testing and other quality assurance activities to ensure that developed software is reliable and functions as intended.

- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related discipline. Four (4) years of additional software development experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Must be able to work during core hours of Monday-Friday 10am-2pm. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide timely and effective support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
