Dataiku is looking for a People Systems Integrations Developer to connect Workday with payroll, equity platforms, and other systems, using both Workday-native tools and iPaaS solutions like Workato, to ensure smooth and scalable operations as the company grows.
Requirements
- 8+ years working with Workday HCM (business processes, reporting, security, integrations)
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday Studio experience
- Solid track record building custom integrations with: Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday APIs
- Solid track record building custom integrations with: iPaaS solutions (ideally Workato)
- Experienced in connecting Workday with payroll providers and equity administration platforms
- Proficient in XML, XSLT, REST, SOAP, JSON, and related integration technologies
- Strong with custom reports, calculated fields, and EIBs
Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for Workday integrations and downstream systems
- Keep an eye on our integration landscape to make sure everything's running like clockwork
- Build new integrations and enhance existing ones — from design to testing to launch
- Architect workflows that are secure, automated, and easy to monitor
- Translate complex technical ideas into clear, simple processes for stakeholders
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT, and others to turn system requirements into smart Workday solutions
- Provide Tier 2 support in our ticketing system, with a customer-first mindset

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Comfortable with HR, payroll, and equity processes
- Known for problem-solving, attention to detail, and juggling multiple priorities
- Experienced in a global environment
- Curiosity about GenAI applications and agent development
