TikTok is looking for a UX Designer to help execute at every stage of the design lifecycle to ship product experiences globally, create user flows, prototypes, and high fidelity designs, and leverage user research methods to inform and validate design decisions.
Requirements
- Proven ability to identify user pain points, develop measurable improvement strategies, and iterate based on user insights and feedback.
- Strong interaction design skills; proficient in prototyping and design tools such as Figma.
- Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple concepts
- Experience working with design systems (design components, icon, color)
- Familiar with development methods
Responsibilities
- Execute at every stage of the design lifecycle with product managers, UX writers, and engineers to ship product experiences globally
- Create user flows, prototypes, and high fidelity designs that provide multiple solutions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Leverage both qualitative and quantitative user research methods to inform and validate design decisions.
- Partner with engineering teams to review product releases and ensure design quality through launch, testing, and iteration phases.
- Contribute to feature roadmap strategies, improve product design processes, and champion knowledge sharing opportunities through documentation and post-launch presentations
- Experience working with design systems (design components, icon, color)
- Familiar with development methods
Other
- Approximately 5 years of experience in UX design or a related field.
